Be an acceptable alternative to Diamond grade retroflective, which is counted as a light source under RVLR.

Lights are all clear lenses and have a switched controller, rendering them inoperable as required, so my question relates solely to the blue as part of the Battenburg livery...

I should add, I have written permission for the full battenburg, in the correct blue/yellow retro reflective, but looking to minimise any confusion on the road, particularly to or from Omega related running around... meets etc
