Gripfill it to the wall once its level with water in,or the tiles and sealant will keep it in place. never fails either way.

I've packed up drinking for now and want to put 20kgs on by end January. put 3 on in last 5 days so shouldn't be too hard. I've halved my smoking as well down to about 16 a day.

Good luck with that :y I am in a similar position re weight to health, just can't seem to put the weight on and struggle to physically eat enough... :( :(

its a struggle to put it back on when you lose it fast. im just piggin out all day now.

Screw it down about every 6" apart for best results. stops it lifting and cracking the tiles if any water gets under

Or use 25mm annular ring shanked nails.

i always use screws. you know its not gonna lift again. easier with nails and quicker but more chance hitting yer fingers  :)

I have found this on youtube:

Most of these buses were going around when I was born, still going around when I lived there again from 1962-64 and then when I again revisited in 1994.  Oh, what lovely memories. :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

i thought everyone travelled by horse and cart when you were born lizzie  :)
