I've tried richierich and Richie London tb. but neither will respond but richierich lets me put my e mail address in but doesn't send the password reset even though says sent.

Have you checked your spam folder..............

My mates old next door neighbour complained about the shed he built down the bottom of the garden. being an x builder he waited till he finished then had council round. he had to take 2 courses of blocks off to lower it. should of seen the state of it afterwards. and he was a barrister too who thought he could do what he liked.

A couple of tips I have practised for the past 50 years or so which seem to have helped: always run up stairs if possible, avoid using elevators or moving walkways, always walk briskly to your destination.....Oh I almost forgot, play golf 3 times a week! 

i gave the clubs a clean earlier as I'm ready to start playing again after nearly 2 yrs. can't wait

Been back at work for a few weeks now. done a few days here and there but big shifts are now on the agenda again.problem is. no tinker has paid me yet. And trying to get the money is a nightmare. total of 16 days money owed and just over 3k in wages. I've had to turn down work from one of the companies as i haven't been paid since end of July from them.  and no funds to finance other work. Do companies think you can work on fresh air.

i do a nice long walk every morning to the cafe, then its a 100 yrd sprint after breakfast to the pub followed by a large glass of yeast hops and barley supplement to clean out the toxins. come 11pits usually a large pita bread with salad and lamb with a little light sauce on it for flavour. Then usually colon hydrotherapy usually around the 5am slot to complete the cycle.

He's decided to commute from shrewsbury each day till Friday now. my day started at 5am and I've just got home after a 12 hr shift and im shattered. he's gonna feel that after a day of travelling.
