18mpg. That's more like it.

I hang my head in shame over the 23mpg incident last week, but that's what happens when your boss pisses you off so you drive in works time at 65mph everywhere

Started the engine, drove off the drive forwards, selected reverse and reversed back onto new part of drive (just laid slabs) and parked up..... thats it for today...

Tomorrow I shall do the opposite LOL

Re fitted my old rubber rear donuts a couple of days ago. Just to see.

Slightly more comfy ride. But Christ they feel awful in the corners. Like the body is sliding over on the rear axle. Very disconcerting.

Polys back in when it warms up a bit more. :)

Then, at the weekend, you can ask how to get oil off new slabs.  :)

Seriously though, no oil leakage at all from my motor :) which is a 1st for 1 of my cars TBH :)

Slabs got laid last week, had to wait for the cement/mortar to set before I could drive on them.... been itching to park me Miggy on them .....

Bringing the tintent home next week and now have a place to park the tintent and the Miggy :)

Drove the black beast to 'work' and back... front suspension hasn't fixed itself yet, which means that I'll have to do
it ::)

Fitted a new wheel arch trim after I scraped the old one on a concrete post a while back. A fair sized chunk of plastic for the £20 I paid for it. :y

Drove up to the MoT test station to book the Miggy for its test next friday.... I will have sleepless nights from now on....

Ordered a pair of rear vented calipers and a pair of vented rear discs and pads.... should sail its moT on the brakes anyway... Currently only got solid discs on the rear... They 'should' arrive on Monday according to the seller....

Got another sodding puncture >:(

£72 lighter and off the road until Wednesday  :'(

Nexen 6000s are shit. Sidewalls shouldn't disintegrate if kept at the correct pressure, but outer casing of inner sidewall has split. ???

They were on the car when I bought it, and ignoring the broken wheel, three have suffered sidewall failures :-\

In a vain attempt at cheerfulness, I hoovered all three cars and set about investigating the non functioning parking sensors on the black beastie...

One deadspeakerectomy later, all is well with the parkpilot 8) so no more rear bumper scrapes...

I hope :-X
