Title: Nice one Vince...
Post by: Doctor Gollum on 11 March 2018, 15:20:33
Apparently the majority of people who voted for Brexit are over 60 and only did so due to some misguided nostalgia that harked back to when "passports were blue and people were white..."

Given that they usually do quite well in areas with older populations, this was quite bold. Unless of course he is chasing the leftist youth vote...

If all the eligible young voters had got off their arses and voted, instead of moaning afterwards perhaps the result would have been more to their liking. ::)

I was running a polling station on the day,

I was thinking of handing out tinfoil hats, due to the number of first time voters in their 40s, all demanding pens instead of pencils,
I gave a few a top sheet of voting slips a pencil and a rubber, no one managed to erase the mark on it.

The man is a complete non entity who has risen without trace to lead a party of non entities which is dying on its arse.
The friendly media still give him far more coverage than he deserves though.

He also pretends he is a financial expert with the same sort of financial acumen as that those well known Liebour financial whizkids, no boom and bust Gordon McRuin, correct all bust and Ed Ballsup. :(

All his speech prove is that he needs to get out more from his Westminster bubble ivory tower and see how the real world works in the rest of the UK, so he doesn't continue making a complete tit of himself. :(

I'm hoping with #Brexit and the restoration of full Parliament democracy again from it being little more than a rubber stamping village council, where the real power has moved to Brussels, that we will start to get much better politicians where currently 80% of MPs couldn't run a bath let alone a country, but I won't be holding my breath. :(
