interior rubber bits

Where can you get the rubber bits on the door grab handle (closer) Both sides. Also the reverse selector under the gear knob?

If it's auto, then I have a spare gear selector stick here, pm me if interested.

Don't have any spare door grab inserts though I'm afraid, the clips are bad for breaking off so you may struggle to get good ones, many held in with blu-tac/similar I'm sure, possibly still available from VX,
