Got around to plugging the laptop into the Pussy to look at why the alarm keeps going off.  Tried to fix the likely culprit, but too stupid to understand the instructions. Or too weak

Also put some electricity in the Battlebus, to keep the battery decent, and now the Pussy is back on, as the drags session on it are hard on the battery.

Put the battery back in the Mondeo.  Did I mention it's a faff? 

The air filter housing has to come out to get the battery out and when I tried to put it back I couldn't for the life of me get the air intake pipe to slot in properly.    So ended up taking the bleddy headlight out so I could get both hands on it.   

Anyway, it went 'Voom' and I'll see in the next few days if it'll hold it's charge.

What, intentionally, as in to remove something, or in a temper tantrum.    I can remember many years ago, a spanner that I was using slipped off a nut and my knuckles got skinned as my hand slipped. I wasn't in the best of moods to start with but this sent me in to red mist mode. I stared at my badly cut hand and decided that the spanner needed to be punished. I threw it as hard as I could with the sole intention of hurting the spanner (it's the way my brain works  ). The spanner hit the garage wall and came back and hit me in the face. 
I've mellowed since then, I stop and think before I throw something.

Oh most definitely.    It's going to get launched whatever, I've just learnt more about trajectories.

I once buried a large tape drive (external DLT) in the lawn using a sledgehammer and rage.  As far as I know its still there - I half expected that one day it would break back through the soil and bend the crankshaft on the mower, but no sign of it
