Title: Vectra B 2.5 v6 saying hello

Hello everyone.  I joined this site a few nights ago.

I know its an Omega site but I was told to join here as my Vectra B 2.5 v6 is the same or similar engine to the Omega

hope to find out a bit about the engine and maybe get a few bits for it

This is my first 2.5 v6

Mrs Tick Tock had a 2.5 Vectra B SRI, which has the same engine as in my Omegas. The cambelt end is squeezed tight against the inner offside wing and requires some skill in changing it, involving removal of an engine mount. JamesV6CDX on here came over and changed it one morning  :y

Sadly it went to another owner a couple of years ago, either that or one of mine was the ultimatum. Miss that car, it went like stink!
