A billboard in town now has an advert[if such it can be called]on it that I simply don't follow.It has a black band across the top with the wording legal name fraud in yellow capital letters on it,then a broader white stripe with slightly larger capitals in black saying the truth and at the bottom another black stripe with more yellow wording in capitals saying it's illegal to use a legal name.I thought that regardless of the legality or otherwise of the name that fraud was illegal.So what are they trying to convey?Am I missing something here?
