The pipes just squeeze in between the top flange of the manifold and the cam covers.

That said, you have thicker pipes in your kit. Might require a rethink.

I looked at my stock of manifolds today and I have what looks like another 3.0/3.2 one. I will tap it and you are welcome to swap it for the one I bolluxed up had difficulties with when the time comes for the final fit. :y

Might take you up on that :y

Daylight hasn't improved matters, half the nozzle thread is visible through the crack :-\

Going to order some more 4mm pipe as I only have 1.3m of it and 21cm doesn't look like it will be enough tbh. So will be able to route the injector plumbing as required :y

Loom plugs entrance. Loom easily moved aside to remove bag pipes, phenom not restricted, inlet can be set aside if removed.(Before the pedants pipe up)

Bit sideways

Thanks :y

Here's this afternoons efforts, the injector assembly isn't quite as compact as yours ::)

Gas feed and injector loom will run up past the brake servo and then forward along each bank. :y

Bonnet shuts fine, no evidence on the insulator panel that I could see. Tother side will be a touch further back :y
Why 4 on one bank?  :-\
Long story short, the supplier has had issues with the Valtek 30s that he used to supply, so sent me two of these rails instead  :y At the end of the day the only two parts of the kit that aren't wear and tear items are the ecu/loom and the tank, so if they play up they're easy enough to replace :y

This is the result of yesterdays soldering marathon:

Should free up a bit of space under the plenum :y

Yup, I think a few of us have done this now. Also makes maintenence easier, as inlet comes out easy. Lastly, dead easy to 'bypass' the LPG ECU should something go Pete Tong with it.

Pleased to see you did it Al :y I hope you added enough loom for it to reach though :-\ ;)

I'll try and do you some snaps tomorrow, if I get chance :y

That is one thing I'll give T... He has taken our advice and requests and supplies the right amount of stuff (if he answers his phone!) ::) ;)

You and me both ::), although I do have another plug pair and about another 8" of loom to give it if I turn up short :-\

Basically I joined the injector loom up to the first injector plug (pot6) to the ecu side using the full length between the plug and the ecu, about 24" all told. I then lopped this in half and connected the two ends to the lpg loom, setting all the joins level with the shortest points on tyhe piggyback loom. Net result is 11" or so of extension.
Laid out in the engine bay, it looks like it will be fine :y

The trouble with generic kits is that the onesize fits all approach will always be a compromise  :-\, on a straight six, the pipe supplied would probably be plenty...

Should be enough Al. I hope you've soldered it right... LPG 123 being 135, LPG 456 being 246 respectively ;)

::) it did a lot of double checking, including writing everything down at least 3 times just to be sure :y Ended up with a checklist and cut and soldered both sides of each lpg connector in turn, and checking them as I went :y

Not sure why I always find wiring so daunting tbh :-\ I can read a wiring diagram, my soldering, whilst not pretty, does join wires together and actually once I get started it, it really isn't really that bad :y
