auto to manual??

hi guys how easy is it to change from auto to manual and wot would i need apart from a manual box .

clutch, hydraulics, pedal box, gearlever surround, possible some tech2 work to reprogram some bits

Prop shaft too I believe. Aren't they different lengths? I personally wouldn't bother either because you will have to declare it to your insurance and it will be classed as a modified vehicle. You'd be better off selling and buying a manual.
