Looking for the p/n N/S/F brake caliper
« on: 22 June 2018, 13:43:38 »

I'm after the part number for the N/S/F brake caliper?

I have Lucas on mine. Are there any other brands out there that are as good?

Cheapest place to buy one?

Thanks

All NSF brake calipers are the same with the exception of the pre 97 2.0s

Pre 98 2.0l cars used a different front caliper, but all other Omegas use the same one.

Just ordered 4 Banjo washers. Can I re-use the old bolts or is it recommended to buy new bolts?

That's a judgment call... If they took a kicking to remove, it might be prudent to replace, but if they're still in reasonable shape, then re use them. :y

Are you fitting brand new calipers? If so you may as well fit new banjo bolts...

I uprated the wifes 95 2ltr, to the later front brake setup. Not that hard, carrier, caliper and new discs. Make a difference, she thinks that her omega is a ferrari. LOL

Yes new front calipers, both sides. I'll phone them up in the morning and order new bolts as well.  :y
