That's most profitable one in Kingston, wife used to live down road by the phone box art work things.
Its clearly designed as an income source, rather than traffic management.

Just couldn't get the pipe to slip on at the inlet end, grease, heat and limited access didn't help much either.  :P

Ground the lip off the rear discs, as measuring them showed they were still within spec. New rear pads, hens teeth retaining pins and anti rattle springs, all genuine GM.  :)
Will check front pads tomorrow and probably change them too.

Caved the windscreen in, dented the bonnet, deformed the bumper and smashed the number plate......all in a nights work.

Sounds like quite a thump. Airbag deployment?
I don’t have to tell you that aches and pains will probably appear over the next few days. Maybe a bit of a cough if the airbag went off. Try and take it a bit easy, no building extensions or stripping locos until at least the weekend.

I would estimate the two wheeled object which was impacted to weigh around 80kg all told, no air bag deployment........and one less bicycle on the road.

And, of course, as we always say, a picture paints a thousand words.
Except if you use photobucket, then it just says ‘Pay up’.
