Just wondering - is the AirBag ECU flashable, and if so has TB updated it to the latest version etc...? Could be a software fluke....

I gather it's 'No' to being flashable...?

This would really frustrate me, as I'm sure it's doing to you.  Without me reading every single link / message, I'll assume that the door multiplug connectors have been scrutinised as they are probably the most at risk to impregnation, aslo has the ECU been swapped out for know good one (Iratic on here is breaking a 1998 Elite) I don't know the intricacies as some on here may, but surely this is worth a try...   I feel frustrated for you..

The door connectors are perfectly clean and dry, I haven't checked the drivers kick panel connectors yet.

Next job, when it's dry and warm ;)

Heres a thought and probably miles off.....but i dont suppose you put your mobile phone in the drivers door pocket do you? As that would be right next to the sensor and could be causing interferance. But you probably dont so as i said im probably miles off as usual  ;D

Does anyone know if JamesV6CDX airbag ECU off the car he is breaking will fit my facelift?

First job now, I'm going to check the connections behind the drivers kick panel.

Will post again shortly.

Cleaned up all the contacts behind the drivers kick panel.

Looks as though it's been off before, now I wonder why?

Air bag light reset yet again.
