Does anyone know if JamesV6CDX airbag ECU off the car he is breaking will fit my facelift?

First job now, I'm going to check the connections behind the drivers kick panel.

Will post again shortly.
Its pre mini facelift, so want have one...

That's the end of that idea then.....

Click on the button, Error Code (it may say read error codes).

It should list the error code(s) if any.

Then the button Clear Codes ( or it may say - reset codes) should be active - click on that and it should clear the code(s).

You will need the ignition switched on (not engine running) when it's plugged into the car to be able to read the codes.

I think the point about the radio is that if it switches itself on at any stage, just leave it as is until you're done with the Tech2 and don't be tempted to switch it off...

This does seem to be quite a common problem with the airbag sensor, on the other site people have got problems, and I noticed Cateras seem to have the same problem, don't know about Opels, can't read German....

Strange.......not strange I can't read German, before someone makes a wisecrack ;)

yeh mine came on while trying to start the engine when the battery was flat , ill take caution next time , then again if this tech2 works, when i get round to using it. I wont have to , im just trying to locate a laptop now rather than bring the car in the house to the pc i dont think she would like that the other half that is.
