Most of the rear door cards will be going back in, but the rear seat parts won't! :y

I hope so Lord Sessford!

Found out that when doing this sort of work for a road going vehicle, it has to be BIVA tested and approved, but mine should pass OK.
Been on to ACE and had this as a reply:
Hi Pete, you are allowed to modify cars to a certain extent before requiring any form of additional test ( DVLA 8 points system) .
Any substantial modifications to the chassis or monococque immediately take you outside of this ,clarification below.

http://www.the-ace.org.uk/Chassis-and-Monocoque-Modification.html

A production car 'simply' modified into a pick up leaves you in limbo due to the way the regulations work.

http://www.the-ace.org.uk/BIVA-Pickup-problems.html

You ARE able to use the BIVA system only if you do a photographic history
of further work to the vehicle, ie further engine / suspension swaps.

We hope this clarifies the situation but if you need more feel free to recontact us.
cheers

Last of the stripping today, just rear hatch to remove, weld the doors up and get busy with the cutting disc.

Pics of how I am hoping to have the sides of the cockpit when done.
