does something need resetting?

Had a new alternator fitted today and they obviously disconnected the battery thing is now the electric windows won't work in auto mode and they also won't shut when holding down the keyfobs lock button down

Search is your friend.

All 4 Windows (and Sunroof) need resetting.

Been discussed on here about 34346765224 times (give or take)

as above .... if you Please read the manual it would tell you to press & hold each switch in turn for a few seconds until you hear a click from the door panel area.  ::)

are we talking the switch being held down ........ or being held in the down (not up) position?  ::) I only ever closed & held the switch on my Omega & both Senators before it to reset the windows :)

Both... but my take was hold the switch down to reset the single shot opening and hold it up to reset the single shot/global closing ;)

holding the switch 'up' resets up, down & global in one go  :y

Only need to do the Ups, not downs :)

Sunroof needs resetting as well. Again, in the manual.
