I may well be a late addition. I'll have to take a view on it much nearer the time but if I/we do come we may need to scrounge some sleeping space in someone's tent (we have an offer already but not sure if he'll be going either) and some cooking facilities. Sure we'll manage though!

There will be plenty of cooking facilities I'm sure.

Depending which tent we take, we have room for 0 or 1, so can't help on that front

Still hopefully on schedule to appear, in the Westfield, en-route to Scotland. Will also have absolutely no facilities other than (hopefully) a tent and a couple of sleeping bags due to lack of boot space. On past experience that won't be a problem, I'm sure.

That will not be an issue . At worse we will have to send out to top up supplies on Saturday, dependent on whether I bring the decent fridge or just the electric coolbox.

If it packs small, I'm sure I can find room for your camping gear in the car if you don't want to lug it around Scotland.

The Site has been booked again for the first weekend of September, Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th.

This family site is lovely and we have been there and enjoyed it for the last three years.

The Site accepts both Caravans & Tents.

Prices per pitch have gone up this year, but with us going for the Fourth Year the price to us is still £16 per night for both Tents or Caravans. A deposit of a £10 cheque made payable to    Mrs. G. Davis   dated 3rd September 2010 will be collected by myself (PM me please for my address).  I will then collect the remainder of the money myself from everyone when there and set up.


I have sorted with the Owner that all bookings will go through me again for this weekend, NOT people booking themselves over the phone. Sorry about this but it caused alot of confusion in the past.

If you are wanting to go for a week like some members did last year, please will you only then contact the site directly.

As soon as I recieve deposits I will make a "Confirmed List" as a separate thread.
So if you fancy going please add your names to the list below.

Just been on the Phone to the owner to make sure everything is still fine

We usually getv some people wanting to come last minute which isn't a problem as there are still some pitches left if people are interested.

I am going for longer myself now (Monday) and so will be able to get onto the forum with my phone to reply to anyones questions etc
