I'm sure if you write to the £500k+ md, he will assure you he can personally vouch everything that is is important is spiffing and reliable and on time, his salary reliably turns up on the last day of the month every month. :y :y :y Communications from passengers that don't share his happiness can feel free to complain via his cba101@germancarparts.de and we will respond 'immediately'. :P :P :P :-X :-X :-X

PS: For your comfort, please make sure you tick the self-flagellation box on our customer feedback form and be assured as an ISO AAA+ company we take your feedback seriously....

.... and then totally ignore it. ;D ;D ;D :P :P :P

On a similar note - Richard Branson tweeted yesterday that the one and only thing in life that really annoys him is people who are late for meetings etc.
Apparently the idiotisphere is now full of tweets from people who have replied saying that the only reason they are constantly late for meetings etc. is because his fickin trains make them late.
His lack of self awareness is staggering.  ;D ;D

And pay no UK tax whatsoever. Then lecture the British people about how they should vote on important matters, as if they will just accept that he is much wiser than them and do what he tells them. There are very many reasons why I would put him near the top of the cull list.

Buckinghamshire is quite picturesque, just relax and enjoy the scenery.
But all trains were in Marylebone. Which is a grade 1 shithole at the best of places, worse when there is not an inch of spare space on the concourse or platforms.

The drivers, however, were in Buckinghamshire, admiring the view.

And because the fikwits were only cancelling trains 30mins after the due departure time, and claiming that next trains were ontime, my ticket was not valid for other options.

The staff brave enough to face the great unwashed had absolutely no idea if/why/when/how they were going to resolve it, probably because the management are, well, ex-civil servants.

An example being, they found a driver for my train (before they cancelled it 30mins later), but not the train blocking my one in.  Thats just piss poor management, and highlights the incompitence.

I'm pretty certain, whilst they haven't decided on tracks and bogies, they have decided on using drivers to move them.

Not yet convinced it will ever get built, esp without the European money, and no non government company would take it on.
