Firstly, the switched ignition feeds in an Omega are normally black wires. A useful place to pick this up would be in the ECU box under the bonnet where you could get hold of a couple more relay sockets and add your new relays here. Ignition switched feed is available at pins 86 and 30 of K60, the air conditioning compressor relay, at several of the engine cooling fan relays and also pin 3 of the cooling fan test socket. Black coloured wire in all cases.
But.. I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve here. The circuit you present doesn't look correct to me. If you want to fog lights to come on with ignition on, then why not just feed them with a single relay fed from ignition power? What behaviour do you want?
Also, my feeling is that fog lights are too bright to use as running lights as they have 55W bulbs with uncontrolled beams. I'd put 10W bulbs in for this purpose, but then they'd be useless as fog lights.
