Selling the first Omega I ever owned as I now have goldie and gave the silver omega to the wife. Its too big for her needs and requires more work than I am have the time to do so I am looking to sell this to go towards a small car for SWMBO.
So I guess this would have to be a project for someone willing to undertake the work or as a donor car/spares. I would strip her myself and make more money but I dont have the time.
the car has around 165k on the clock requires a cambelt change in around 5k miles. Original 6 Cd Changer in good condition. Mot and tax till May 10
Body is silver in poor condition, various rust spots in the usual places. Boot and front bumper require respray to return to original condition.
interior is in faily good condition for the year a couple of small holes in the head unit where I guess a mobile phone cradle once lived.
HBV changed a year ago
Oil cooler plate resealed a year ago
oil and filter changed recently
wishbones and droplinks changed about 14 months ago
replaced coil pack and leads about 18 months ago]
Brand new windscreen about 9 months ago.
Car has recently started pulling very slightly to the right. No idea why as I havent had the time to look into it but it doesn't affect the handling
All-season tyres on the back which give great grip in the wet and dry, I got these in Germany about a year ago. Good tread all round. Alloys in fair condition.
She may sound like a shed but I am just giving the info honestly she is used daily as a commuter and weekly trips to london without issue. She still drives smooth and is great to cruise in. Aircon requires regassing.
She has a towbar but I will be taking that off and selling separately. If you want it to be included factor in £30 on top of your offer.
Open to sensible offers.
