Washed the Trolley and gave it a quick once over ready for the appointment of doom tomorrow...

Airfix 1 is also in for test tomorrow. If it fails I can glue some new parts on, in no time.

I doubt there will be anything wrong with it that you can't put right.

Failed on a headlight beam pattern, which was a side effect of being a Depo unit so the bulbs are a complete shit to install properly.

Rectified for a fiver 8)

Advisories on edges of rear tyres (both ex front),
Minor leak of exhaust gasses, and...

Both side repeaters slightly faded. Which is odd as they're LED ones ;D

Still, a pass is a pass and at 190k miles, I won't be complaining  8)

Wonder how Airfix 1 is getting on  :-\

side repeaters ,perhaps not ORANGE enough ? being LED , quite common ,or the orange paint flakes off on regular incandescent lamps

Not uncommon with traditional bulbs where the colour lacquer degrades and flakes off, likewise sunfaded acrylic lenses.

Might throw a fresh pair in, as these have been in for 18 months.

Passed with no advisories. DG - you should get rid of that german crap and buy a nice plastic French car instead.

There are two types of French cars. French cars with a fault and French cars about to develop a fault. At least you know this one has a proper fault. ;D
