Get a cheap pressure fence sprayer to fill said box, from memory with empty torque conveter takes 9L.
are you going to drop sumps before fitting and clean, filter can be washed with petrol.
 
Removal. Unbolt prop, remove down pipes,un plug lamdas,unplug gear box lectric plugsx2, remove cooler pipes and allow to drain,remove inspection cover bung to allow acess to flex plate,torque converter bolts. 

Haynes is helpfull,can be a bit ott tho..
 done a few its easier on a ramp with a gearbox lift,or a friend. Bit of a pain on your back on axle stands,again do able just takes bit longer,  enjoy :)

We have vertical blinds x2 got them from dunelm, made to measure £150, they often have special deals. Eg bogof or 50% off,very good quality. No string, got a twiddle pole to open and pull it to slide open.
size1200x1100 and 1800x1200.

as a ps dunelm top off road near serek place.

I gave up about 18mths ago and since that day, ive been to my doctors and hospital more times than i ever did when i was a smoker, if my vists to the health services keep getting as regular, i will start bloody smoking again >:(

Have never owned on of them horrid blue oval badged things.
repaired a few tho,and done the 1300 to 1600 swaps and gearboxes etc. :D
