Rather shockingly, washed the Omega and the MR2 .. by hand.

Nearly died from an overdose of exercise, I tell thee.

Gave the Desmond a bit of a wash and brush up yesterday.

Took it out today to skelp it's arse for a bit prior to the upcoming MOT.

Could swear that the new cam sensor and a bottle of JimBob's Wynn's fuel injector cleaner have made it more sprightly.

Changed the alloys over that I got the weekend... :y on the down side though, noticed that the front discs are in a terrible state and could do with changing and the blasted exhaust has got a hole in it right where the middle section joins the rear box... :'( :'( :'(

Visited Johnnycboy to borrow his cam locking kit.
Sat in Tescos car park in my car wishing I could find the time  to service it,change the cambelt kit which should arrive tomorrow, fit the washer jets/pump etc. and the complete leather interior that I have waiting to be fitted. ::)

Took the Elite to its MOT which it failed on broken n/s/r coil spring :(
Ordered the new springs for £108 :)
Opened the drivers door into a bollard :(
Achieved much better emmissions test results than last year :)

Must be down to 3k oil changes, here's the results:

                       Last year           This year
Fast Idle
CO                   0.177                0.018
HC                   88                    28
Lambda            1.024                1.007

Natural idle

                      0.004                 0.002

Is that good?

I have walked past my car twice on the driveway on my way to work. It is only a short walk :y :y

When I got home I reduced the tyres pressures from 41 and 48 psi to 31 and 33 psi. They were at maximum due to a trip to Scotland last week with 4 people a black labrador and a full roofbox :y :y
