An unassuming newbuild warehouse type place with a glass corner for the 'house' to sit.

Possibly with boat access. And a runway. Although that would mean enough space for one and no immediate neighbours. Which would make for a long walk to the pub.

I just asked my mate his thoughts on this topic , his answer was to open a lap dancing club and do interviews/auditions  for about 2 years.. 😁
