Weird lambda fault

Wifeys Fiesta is due it's MOT so did the cursory checks and found high level brake light and number plate bulbs gone, removed them to go the local factors and the EML lit up, scanned it and got a code for lambda sensor!! bulbs replaced and now the lights out???  Car is driving fine

HTF are these linked , some voltage change or summat  :-\

I suspect the lambda code will return :-X

Well if it does theres a brand new spare NGK one in the glove box  ;)

It won't work in the glove box, it needs to go on the exhaust  :y

It came back then ::)

It didn't get chance really, cars on it's original at 90k so may as well swap it if theres a question mark over it's ability
