This should help:-

https://manuals.co/workshop/opel/omega/opel-omega-1994-1999-workshop-manual/5576876

Ron.
A bit too different electrically.

Tis2web is what you need for facelift cars, although it only covers 2002 and 2003, the 2001 is near enough (if the car is DBW).

Haynes is useful enough for late 3.0/2.5 but not the 2001 Catera as that is, electrically speaking, the 3.2...

thank you, that !

where is the K183 and K184 relay in the car?

Subsequently, the seat was inserted, so the heaters do not work

They are seat controllers, under the foam of the seat.

If you fitted seats from a pre 2000 car, they won't have the seat controllers, which is one of many reasons why you can't mix wrong age seats in Omegas

Very nice, but also very wrong...

Those seats aren't compatible with your car as they belong to the Prefacelift model... ::)

Everything works and everything fits in with the heater because there are no such relays, but I also got them  ;)

I cant see the pics, but if they are from a PFL, you need to swap over the pretensioners, and if your car has it, all the seat occupancy stuff.  You will lose active head restraints, which you probably need to let your insurance know, as its a critical safety feature - its not viable to swap these over.

Seems a lot of effort to have uncomfortable, unsightly seats ;)

Here's what the controller and PTC resistor looks like, just to link up on this semi above

It's very simple, I've found all the wires from the controller on the diagram
