Hmmm,interesting.Mine has footwell lights ??? There's one each side set in the fibreboard[or whatever it's made of]that fits between the lower dash and the bulkhead/toeboard.I always took them to be standard but obviously a previous owner must have taken the trouble to fit them/wire them in :o

It's an earlier Elite thing ;)

Easy enough to retrofit (with some ability and imagination) and, iirc, uses the same lamp unit as the estate boot light ;)

Easy enough to retrofit (with some ability and imagination) and, iirc, uses the same lamp unit as the estate boot light ;)
got plenty of ability and imagonation so once she is on the road thats a job to do is the hole in the board?

I repeat, I don't think it was ever offered on any Omega, PFL, MFL or FL.

That doesn't stop people fitting shit;).  In the same way a Focus never had under-car lighting, but some idiot near me has had it fitted. I suspect he's from Banburyshire.

I don't think it was ever offered on an Omega...
iam going to visit my local salvage yard tomorow and get a couple of boot lights and connectors and have a go at fitting them in the footwells :)

That doesn't stop people fitting shit;).  In the same way a Focus never had under-car lighting, but some idiot near me has had it fitted. I suspect he's from Banburyshire.
