Finally got round to fitting the new screen wash pump on the Mondeo that has been sitting on the side for ages.bodge quick bodge twice
Unlike the Omega it's tucked inside the bumper and accessed from below after removing the undertray.
Typically, despite my best efforts I got a face full of screenwash when I pulled the old pump out, and after when I was adjusting the jets the pipes popped off the pump and I had screenwash pissing out from the bumper!
So I have to do it again now! Pffft!
Yes , I got distracted and forgot to put the linkA sensible alternative to buying ex plod or "special" would be to buy the MANUAL V6 with Long MOT that's in really good nick and NOT been launched over every speed hump in the districtIndeed. Now where on earth would you find one of those?
Try the for sale section. £850 before it gets scrapped. Still has 1/3rd tank super unleaded in the tank.
The reason for that price is the 2 large cats, ring them back and say you've removed them, the price they offer would be interesting. There's lots of decent motors being scrapped because of Khunt ulez.when I had my Omega's cats stolen Someone on oof said the 4 cats off a V6 had a scrap value of £350 if scrapped legally
I do read most of the posts on OOFI have a Forskin dongle somewhere with a switch I installed to go between hi / low BUS. If it helps you, I can try and dig it out
It's not that type of forum
Are you sure, or do you just not read Opti's posts?
