Thanks.  :y...………..although I found out a couple of hours ago when I asked my manager. He is an ABS man, knows Keith, and had a "V8 Omega coupe" when he first started here, so knew what a CV8 was.  :D

Today, I've been playing a lot with my floppy knob, and now its a lot stiffer.

Many thanks to dave the builder for his links on how to make my knob less floppy.

I've not put the trim back in yet, as the light is starting to fade, and the centre console in particular needs a bloody good clean!

I should just have set fire to my MV6 instead of trying to fix it.

I was replacing a Rocker gasket, and to get more room I decided to take off the plastic scuttle, and to do this I had to take off the wiper arms, and to do this I had to pull them.

And suddenly I'm missing half of one of my front teeth.

New oil seal on the crank sensor went on later and it currently doesn't seem to be leaking oil anywhere.

At risk of seeming unsympathetic...

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

That'll learn you for removing half the engine bay... I bet you even undid the fuel lines  ::)

There's 40 bolts, two plugs, and three/four hose clips to undo and refit in order to do that job, and not one of them requires anything more than the bonnet to be open...

Are they genuine or pattern teeth? Shouldn't break that easily.
