Checked with dealer no longer avalable pins and clips (I meant the cross clip apologies ) all sets I had are way to short

Fitted new discs and pads to rear of my 3.2 omega however the rattle shims had badly corroded so new ones needed..

Ive ordered three pairs up to now and all been wrong anyine else had this issue.. All three sets were different length pins but all to short and rattle shims didnt quite fit

Struggling now can anyone help

Anyone recommend anyone that remaps the V6. After getting my 3.2 done.

bluefin dont seem to have best reputation 

RS Tuning leeds are spot on but sent few emails now and no replies

motorsport developments in blackpool are big name and do evolution remaps/chips


but has anyone on here got any recommendations of good companies they have used

car all settled now no coolant loss.. get to 90 on gauge and then drop a little and doesnt go past 90 so im happy running a lot better..

courtney sport air filter also fitted along with their thermostat..


and looking to have remapped in next few weeks

hmm didnt buy from gm as even with trade club was nearly 50 quid for housing .. bought first line housing came with a standard stat for 32 quid, but mine was same thickness as original gm part of car

all sorted and runs much better now..

new housing and pipe.. new lower temp stat new temp sensor new clip on all hoses and all hoses checked while there i replaced all gasket on plenums for new ones and cleaned throttle body out.. runs well coolant level stayed up and get to 90 on gauge and come down to low 80s quick runs well very happy
