Impossible to remove the bumper without further damage unless you can get the bonnet open to correctly remove the headlight trims...

Suspect the repair bill will be well into four digits :-\
i did finally get to open the bonnet this morning. my 16st & a mates 18st pressing it down whilst someone operated the catch. we decided that the both bonnet & bumper were knacked . however I saw a complete bumper on ebay in Ilkeston Derbyshire, it has the valance , fog lights & all that comes with it, £90 (came off a grey car.) I asked whilst I was on the phone about a bonnet & was informed that they was breaking an elite this morning (silver) . so outcome I drove down there & picked up bumper, bonnet & the bar that is behind the bumper. total £ 130. on my way back into York I dropped the parts that need a colour change at a paint sprayer I know, jobs a goodun  :y :y

Glad it's sorted, hope you don't find any further nasties as you swap the bits over :y
