I have to say, my Omega has been and still is an absolute diamond of a car. I must admit, it's in need of some maintenance now, but due to the 3 years, 24k+ of next to faultless mileage - I am going to find the time to make it happen.
A brief history of my car....
Bought 3 years ago for £230 with no MOT. I'll admit, I bought it for the manual gearbox with the grand idea of doing a 'crazy' conversion. However, the car drove too good to scrap so it went to the MOT I had booked before I bought it
So it had it's MOT, it failed
A set of front pads and a bulb later I had a fresh ticket!
Since then, it has needed a set of tyres and a battery (above routine servicing). That is it.
It has also took Mini Me for his first ever car journey.
I just wanted to acknowledge how much this car has done for me for so little money and love. I sincerely hope this car runs forever (well until 2040
) but when it does give up, I hope I can find another Omega.
Thank you Oscar (my car)
