There are some very remote, and reasonably cheap to live in, places around the country. Provided you could get reasonable internet speed, you could find a job where you can work from home.
Added bonus of clear roads for you to let some steam off.

West Wales, is seriously expensive, I mean higher than London or Sandbanks. The roads are packed, constant traffic jams. The internet is crap, you're better off using semaphore. And the people, really are thicker than normal, all inbred and retarded.
