Well, to be fair, if they can get the hang of Oxford, the rest of the UK should be a doddle!

If anyone was in need of having a driverless car it was the girlie i followed this afternoon on the A134 between Bury St Eds. and Sudbury. She ranged from well over the middle white lines to into the grass verge, (esp if there was a truck coming the other way ;D) Just as well it was a little Ka and not a Shogan. ;)

I used to think why would anyone want a driverless car?  :-\

But for those with kids though they could be a godsend, as all that running around will be done by the car!  :y

Pile the little shits in and send them off!  :)   The school run will soon become a distant memory!  ;D

I disagree, as Oxford has a different Highway Code, with cyclists have total right of way under any circumstances, whether on roads, pavements and crossings.

Does this mean there'll be a mass cull of Oxford cyclists with the cars having their "scores" on the side like fighter pilots used to have? ;D Or does it mean the cars won't actually go anywhere as they'll be sat waiting for all the cyclists to be in the clear? ::)
