Injector fault or what?
« on: 25 September 2017, 14:01:19 »

I got the occasional "no start on first try" fixed with a new fuel pump, looked like it was the original from factory even, just worn out.

Now with the new pump, I get occasional sputter under light load and looking at diagnostics it seems to be running rich everytime this sputter happens.
Never had this sputter issue before this new fuel pump.
Other than that, it works so much better now and no problems under WOT.

So some faulty injector or the 3bar pressure thingy on the fuel line faulty maybe?
I fitted a new fuel filter earlier this summer to try to cure the occasional no start so I dont think the filter could be bad this fast?

I would be so much wiser with that info but I cant see trims on it. Only judging by the O2 sensor info that is available.
So many times I wish I had fuel trim info... But apparently the car simply doesnt support it.
