As a rule I tend to use TCB these days over Quidco (which I had horrendous issues with), TCB seems to work most of the time, I would say around 95% success, Ive probably had over 200 quid back over the last few years, the 5% that doesn't Ive learnt to just give up on it, reporting issues rarely gets resolved for me so I just live with it.

That's what I thought, but there is some law that covers this, and a thread about it on MSE. Cashback is deemed a promotional price IIRC, and if not paid within a certain time, compensation plus cashback is due, as I discovered to my delight.
