Get a full stainless steel de cat system fitted from your local independent powerpipe place. Lifetime guarantee, any probs sorted FOC, a free annual check over (with a little service book)  & no expensive problomatic cats to worry about. £340 all in & custom made to your requirements, ie noisy or quiet as standard, choice of exit pipes, etc. Never replace it all the time you own the car.
    Tailor made beats off the rack anytime. 8-)

I think the eternal car exhaust is a little bit noisier, as Kevin Wood commented when driving my car, with new genuine exhaust, that mine was a bit quieter than is eternal car system. But cant say i noticed his as being much louder when driving his car.

If it was me, having had a new style "over priced" cheap build genuine exhaust from GM.... Think i would go eternal car and save 170 sobs tbh.
