Santa Pod roll call of fame
« on: 16 October 2006, 13:54:58 »

Well to sum up a great weekend, here's the roll call of those that made it (in rough order of appearance):-

Saturday
Elite Pete, bob.dent, Supermop (my son), Timbuk, Bo Bo, The Boy and Mrs The Boy, Marks DTM Calib, Allenm, Matchless, Robinhood

Sunday
All the above, Auto Addict, Laidback66, Ronald McBurger, Issanuz, Mini Issanuz, Theolodian

Special mentions to:-
R McB - for getting the Santa Pod meet rolling in the first place :y
Elite Pete – for being the first to arrive and for the sore head in the morning (gotta blame someone!!) ;D
Timbuk - for the biggest tent bungalow of the weekend and making me laugh a lot ;D
The Boy - for entertainment value bringing his caravan towed by a diesel Rover and providing his Tech2 services :y
Marks DTM – for getting Allenm’s car sorted :y
Allenm – for bringing his car to Santa Pod straight after :y
Mrs The Boy – for being the only lady present on Saturday and for rustling up loads of scrambled eggs and a big pot of beans Sunday morning :y
The chavvy idiots – for their entertainment in the early hours of the morning >:(
Bo Bo - for confronting the chavvy idiots :y
Supermop - for looking the roughest on Sunday morning :-[
Laidback66, R McB, Matchless, Marks DTM - for getting stuck in as soon as bonnets were raised :y
Mini Issanuz – for doubling the the number of ladies in attendance on the Sunday :-*
Robinhood - for trying to dance badly on Sunday morning 8-)
Theo - for his laidback American sense of humour :D
Auto Addict – for the best photography :y
The jet dragster – for perforating my ear drums :o

and finally.......

Everyone for making it such an enjoyable weekend [smiley=beer.gif] :y :y :y

Er……I hope I didn’t forget anyone

The Fiat was fun, (just watched it again on my phone), the jet car was awsome, but 150 odd MPH from a Granada in 1/4 mile  :o
