What triggers the fault code?
Because it all moves freely.  Could it be the actuator?

I have read about the field remedy. Looks a fair old job that inlet manifold removal. :'(

I have the above car and "My Naff Code Reader" shows fault code of swirl flap stuck.
I can move the actuator bar by hand so I'm guessing the flaps move. There is a bit of resistance which I take to bethe actuator.
Any ideas?

Still no magic plug to be found anywhere?

I could check the alarm horn to see if that's the same. I cant just pull the connector of a good pair of horns tbh,as it would render them unsaleable. ;)
Alarm horn & twin horns only have what Dazzer is after as I`ve answered to in a previous post ::)

Ok matey. Thanks for looking :y

I think that plug is just directly joined to the horns.Dont think they have any wiring attached to them. :-\
Already told him that Albs ;)

Must be that socket else where on the car I would have thought?

you need part of miggy harness that  ....

or Astra G loom. That's what I used to fit a pair of twin tone Astra horns (same as Omega's) to SWMBO Smart in place of the pathetic fart of an OE horn.

Any more info of the loom you used? Does it have the female socket then the same as on the horn itself?
