They really are a bunch of retards... Ordered on Wednesday at 16:01 (by their clock) paying for 24 hour delivery. Spoke to them immediately (after 10 minutes on hold!) to try and get it shipped that day despite being a minute after the cut-off. I was told that it had been invoiced off by the warehouse 4 minutes previously (bearing in mind is been on hold 10 minutes) otherwise they could have done something. OK... My fault for missing the cut-off.
Just had a message... Delivery Tuesday 28th! Bunch of retards can refund postage as a start... I may even go to a local factor tomorrow and send the whole lot back as I need to get the car fixed so Mum can go home on Friday - I知 busy all day Wednesday through Friday

I'm saying nothing on the subject. Its entirely, completely, utterly you're own fault for being retarded and even consider using them.
BTW, just so you are aware, they are notoriously bad for given refunds. And you cop the return postage.

If you need parts for a time sensitive job, then go too the counter, and physical collect it.
I've learned the hard way,
If it's not urgent then order online for delivery. If it's urgent collect it myself.

I used to find CP4L quite good for delivery, but they have been shocking this year. I doubt I will use them again, out of principle.

Joking aside, it is frustrating as hell when people plainly have no intention of delivering on a service that they purport to provide...

As much as I hate giving money to them, ECP or ECP eBay both with Click and Collect but I understand if theres not one near you. ;)
My local Factors down the Road used to give me 33% Discount across the Board even though I hardly used them much, there under new Ownership, when I asked about me discount, they said yea, we'll honer that, so it will be 33% off shelf price then plus the Vat on top. No favors there then. >:(

I won稚 be paying return postage because I値l refuse the delivery - outside delivery window ;)
As for the rest... Convenience won over the crappy service that some people seem to have had :-X ::) The nearest decent factors to me is an hour round trip ::)

To bring this up to date... Rang and told them not to bother, useless retards as no point delivering after the car is repaired! Today had refund confirmation - short the premium delivery charge >:( ::)
Rang again and spoke with another person with no personality but he did agree to sort the rest of the refund ::)
