I was part of a forum last year, and one of the additions were 100's of flash games with score crds and a leage table, there were loads of cracking games like the one above.

I do when I've got nothing else to do, like today.

For the previous couple of weeks, I haven't had any time at all - absolutely snowed under.  Now I don't have anything in my hypothetical in-tray until 21/07.   :) :( :) :(

Management? Piss up? Brewery?  :(

When the team I'm in moved offices last year, I organised it.  So, it just so happens that, apart from a couple of contractors who couldn't care less, no one can see my screen, and I've got full view of the door. :) :) :)

Update: I won't be viewing the forum from work any more.

They finally worked out I haven't got anything to do, so they made my job redundant.  I think that means I get made redundant in a month or so.  :)

Should be very upset - it's a serious kick in the wallet.  But somehow or other, I am quite upbeat about it.  I needed a good kick up the backside to get out of this dump.   :) Of course, whether I'm ever going to get another job at my age, only time will tell.    :(

I'm glad I made those enquiries on the forum about taxi driving last week  :)

Very sad news in one sence matey, but in annother way I think you are happy.

Plenty of options out there matey, being a Taxi Driver is just one of them.   All the best for the future. :y :y

I would really love a Morgan Plus 8 Skruntie.
Not 200 mph fast ,but it has great charm and is still quick enough to see of spotty teenagers in a hot hatch. ;D ;D ;D

Nice Choice.   :y :y

You are absolutely right Optimist 60.There is far to much control in all aspects of our lives, and not just cars.
What is the point of making a car capable of 200mph and then restricting it to only 155.Crazy.
dont agree with your views on women drivers, but i will let you off this time. :) :) :) :) :) :)

What's your dream car then Dusty?

Just read a road test on the Mercedes C55.

Now I like these cars, a 5.5 litre V8 and about 367BHP, all in a car the size of a Mondeo/Vectra, make this an ideal hooligans car (pity its not supercharged)

Anyway, naturally it has traction control, but the report said that you cannot fully disengage the traction control system, even when you turn it off at the switch. Apparently the electronics of the car, will only allow partial disengagement.

Am I the only one who is sick and tired of this Nanny knows best mentality. It really pi***s me off.

Yer I like traction control, and I'm sure its helped the ladies of the forum out on one or two occassions on wet roads.

But we men on this Forum need to be able to turn our traction control systems off completely.

I'm sick of 155MPH speed limiters on cars that will do over 200MPH, and Nanny Benz is one of the worst culprits for this.

Am I alone in these views :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/

Rather you than me if Lizzie, Deb's or Ljay read this. :-X :-X :-X

There's a thing, it's been quiet on here recently.  Not seen Lizzie Zooooooom

Lonely Heart

A rich, lonely widow decided that she needed another man in her
life, so she placed a personal ad that read:

RICH WIDOW LOOKING FOR MAN TO SHARE LIFE AND FORTUNE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

 1. WON'T BEAT ME UP
 2. WON'T RUN AWAY
 3. HAS TO BE GREAT IN BED

For several months, her phone rang off the hook, her doorbell was
ringing constantly, she received tons of mail...all to no avail.
None of the men seemed to meet her qualifications.

Then one day the doorbell rang yet again.  She opened the door to
find a man, with no arms and no legs, lying on the welcome mat.
Perplexed, she asked, "Who are you and what do you want?"

"Hi," said the man "Your search is over, for I am the man of your
dreams.  I've got no arms, so I can't beat you up and I've got no
legs, so I can't run away."

The old woman asked, "What makes you think you're so great in
 bed?"

To which he replied, "I rang the doorbell, didn't I?"
