Strange network result

If I enter \\192.168.1.254 into my browser, it brings all my network devices that were showing offline to showing online.

There must be a reason :-\

It will be caching devices its seen.

Its not designed for LAN to LAN work, its designed to allow multiple devices to access the Internet
