My sister works for John Lewis. They have all been asked to go in overnight next weekend, so I guess the shop will look completely different by next Monday morning.

Apparently Im not working Christmas day this year...……...unfortunately.  ::) ;D
Gives you plenty of time to catch up on some Festive Spirit then.  ;D

Best Xmas and New Year I had was when I went to Hong Kong and Thailand for it a few years back  :y

I really do miss Humming White Christmas to myself whilst bombing around the Bay on a Jet Sky at 34 Degrees.  :) :'(

Couple of years ago I landed in Bangkok on 10th December and there wasn't a scrap of tinsel or a fickin jingle bell to be seen or heard!  :)

It was bliss!  :y  ;D

Ah, but just think of us old retailers who had to attend trade shows in April/May to order product for our stores!  So often it would always be hot which did not exactly put you in the mood for Christmas, although all the free sample where nice.  Often went home with bag fulls of goodies! 8) 8) :y
