Nope...

Neither are bad people, but it really isn't the best platform for either.

Edd China would have been a much better choice imho... So perhaps they should bring back Clarkson, May and Hammond :D

Incidentally, Fifth Fear still seems to work inspite of a brief hiatus.

It could never work without those three. Having said that even with them, it was obvious in the last couple of years that the concept had run out of steam.

The Grand Tour was just a continuation of the already tired Top Gear format ..... same old .... same old  :-\

I think Mrs. KW does, but I'm probably going to be washing my hair or something. ;)

I'm of the opinion that it had pretty much run its course with the original cast, so may as well put it out of its misery, in all its incarnations.

Of the 30 or so episodes of Grand Tour probably about half a dozen have been worth the watch.

Cant see Amazon extending it beyond the initial 3 series without massively trimming costs...

Seasons is geneally used in longer running programs 20+ episodes, series would tend to be used in shorter sub 15 episodes. But most stuff runs longer, hence everything is refered to as seasons for us.

Given that a show will air a new seasons once a year, it’s a more accurate term.

Series is only ever seen from my side on old BBC content, which we don’t have on mobile apps for NOW TV.

Like the Omega, Series term is dying.

Ah yes, that I draw the line on. But if you notice many US programs are always longer than UK.

Look at the Bodyguard on BBC, cracking bit of TV but only 6 episodes.

All the stuff from across the pond is nearly always 20/25 ep's and on a yearly cycle.

But then again my view is warped, as I refer to live tv as linear.  ::)  ;D

A British series of 6 episodes tends to be well paced with little padding.

An American series of over 20 episodes contains about the same amount of watchable material if you can force yourself to watch all of them. After a couple of series the story arcs get so preposterous that they become utterly unwatchable.

That could well be related to the fact its running American software, running on American servers situated in an American Datacenter (SIC), set with an American timezone and American locales.

yet this very forums shop uses the American date format-or it did some while ago when I ordered window stickers :y
That could well be related to the fact its running American software, running on American servers situated in an American Datacenter (SIC), set with an American timezone and American locales.

Go on, say American one more time  :D ;D
And an American OS.

Happy?

So are the products in the shop only suitable for Cadillac Catera's then?
No, the products are sourced in England, help in England and dispatched from England :P

But are they made in England?  :P
