CDR500 / CCR600 question
« on: 10 April 2007, 11:02:00 »

Does anybody know if all CDR500 or CCR600 head units will work with steering wheel controls?
Just picked an omega up fitted with a CR300 unit so no display and works rubish.  This is to go into a minifacelift CDX.  Someone seems to have removed the CDC2  multichanger, but just fitting a cd/radio in the dash would be fine.

if all the loom connections are still there, then yes should work

Get the replacement unit from a mini-facelift just to be sure....

They can be made to work, but it depends on its config (adjustable via Tech2)
