I considered putting a sneaky bid in at the end but the old girl told me about an 09 Vectra 1.9 CDTi that has been traded in at her place of work for pennies so I went for that instead ::)

 because I passed in 82  >:(

What kept you?  ::) I passed 2nd Aug 1979!  :o ;D

A mad rush before the new fangled 2 part test ;D ;D

I didn't realise the two part test had come in so long ago  ??? ...... I just had a few theory questions at the end. Got the count down on a dual carraigeway wrong but still passed  :y
It was my bike test. I originally had to ride around the block and the instructor was walking and somewhere along the route he took his life into his hands and stepped out into the road and I had to do an emergency stop. He then made me do a U turn in the road and after that asked a few highway code questions and that was that. I believe the new 2 part test was a theory then a practical test, so much easier than todays ::)

Has it got all them stupid updated categories on it????

Confused me when I got my new one back as they've all changed. (There has also been mistakes on some too, so double check it) make sure you've got all the categories you had before - i.e. grandfather rights for vans D1 etc.  :y
And when they do make a mistake it's up to you to prove they have by providing your pass certificate which was impossible for me because I passed in 82  >:(

I haven't had a mig for years but still pop in every week or so, I'll be down your way soon and may pop into the café for a brekky on the way past. Nice place from what I remember when I attended a meet there. Enjoy the Astra  :y

I wouldn't bother, it's gone to the wall since Keith and his good lady have left :'(

Has anyone had one?

 I've been offered a mini facelift MV6 3.0 Manual for pennies but it's been standing for over 2 years and the arches are to far gone to return to the road so i'm thinking strip it right back, put 15" alloys on it and trailer it to Oulton Park and have some fun

Was it the HBV?

Wire installed. Went in alongside the LPG wiring, by the heater pipes.

You didn't fancy doing a Tunnie then :-\
