Got a letter from my landlord today.They inform me that in April my rent will be coming down from£89.48p to £88.59p per week,so a saving of 89p per week

But wait,at the same time the 47p per week ground maintenance charge will increase to 70p per week

Still it's a 66p a week saving

But then I get 19.19p per week housing benefit and as the rent has decreased so will the rate at which the housing benefit is paid

Will I be any better off at all by the time they've all had a dip at it?
