I've used it once and it was ok if not a little expensive but I've also seen them moving vehicles around the yard. When I bought my running 2.2 DTi off them it was delivered to the gates on a fork lift truck, forks under the front of the car

All vehicle's are moved using a fork-lift, can cause underbody damage, once you bid and win it's yours. Try using shiply.

I drove it home so stopped 100 metres up the road and popped it half on the kerb so I could look underneath and check for damage, I was lucky

I was curious about forklift damage, so I checked the first ones I moved. There never was any, so I stopped 'worrying' about it.
