O2 Sensor broken, again?

I floor it, both O2 sensors show rich for about 2 seconds and then the #1 Sensor takes a nosedive and shows almost a straight line for a while until it starts showing up as it should and I think it's definitely down on power.
Frickin Bosch O2 sensor are expensive, I could get a pair of these for a price of one Bosch but apparently it was not a good investment...

Unless people here got other ideas for this behavior but I think it's most likely the sensor itself.
